1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Eirmon Solutions ("we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Eirmon Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and related IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Project Terms

• All projects require a signed proposal and advance payment before work begins.
• Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback response times and scope changes.
• Additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, assets, and timely feedback.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals (typically 50% advance, 50% on completion).
• All invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
• Work may be paused on accounts with overdue payments.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use generic components, frameworks, and libraries across projects. We also reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any information marked as confidential.

7. Revisions & Approvals

• Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2-3).
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
• Client approval at each milestone indicates acceptance of deliverables.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In case of cancellation:

• Client pays for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Advance payments for uncompleted work may be partially refundable at our discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for completed and approved deliverables.

9. Warranties & Liability

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on delivered projects. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or data.

10. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (hosting, APIs, plugins). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or pricing changes of third-party services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts with such services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.
