1. Who we are

This policy explains how Eirmon Solutions ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit eirmonsolutions.co.uk or contact us. We are the controller of that data.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry details you send through our contact form, email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in and message.
  • Technical data our hosting provider records automatically in server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
  • Client project data you share with us while we work together, under the terms of our agreement with you.

3. How and why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal - lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • To deliver and invoice the services you buy from us - lawful basis: contract.
  • To keep our website secure and working - lawful basis: legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations - lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. Marketing

We do not add you to marketing emails because you made an enquiry. If we ever send marketing emails, we will do so only where the law allows and every message will include an easy way to unsubscribe.

5. Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy, explain what is collected and give you a simple way to opt out; any advertising or tracking cookies will only be set with your consent.

6. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers to run our business - for example website hosting, email and project-management tools. They process data only on our instructions and under written agreements. We never sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Our team is based outside the UK, including in India, so your enquiry and project data will be accessed from outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. Contact us for more information about these safeguards.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 24 months, and client records for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal and accounting requirements (usually six years after the end of our contract). We then delete or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to our processing, including where we rely on legitimate interests;
